A: We host a variety of events, including:

Q: What event spaces and capacities are available?
A:

  • Indoor Spaces: Seats 50–100 guests

  • Outdoor Spaces: Gardens and redwood grove accommodate 50–150+ guests depending on layout

  • Flexible Setups: Seated dinners, cocktail receptions, or mixed layouts; tents can expand outdoor capacity

Note: Final guest counts may vary based on local regulations, parking, and setup requirements (e.g., dance floors, stages).

Q: Is event insurance required?
A: Yes, all bookings require event insurance to protect guests and property.

Q: What is included with an event rental?
A:

  • 10 round tables / 10 rectangular tables

  • 100 padded / 50 slatted ceremony chairs (one reset)

  • Standard white base linens (not decorative or wrinkle free)

  • On-site event support

  • Shuttle service (standard route)

  • Access to one restroom (additional may be required for larger events)

  • Wine cellar experience

  • 3 site visits

Q: Are there any restrictions regarding smoking or open flames?
A: For safety and to preserve our historic grounds:

  • The estate is smoke-free, vape-free, and drug-free

  • Open flames, including flame lit candles, are not permitted. Some photos may show candles or open flames from past events, either before our current safety policy was in place or used without permission. Today, all events must follow our strict no open flames policy to ensure the safety of people and property.

Q: Can I tour the estate?
A: Yes, guided tours are available by appointment.

Q: Is the property ADA accessible?
A: The property is historic with stairs, sloping grounds and uneven terrain. Please contact us in advance to discuss accommodations.

Q: How much does a guided tour cost?
A:

  • Ages 13+: $40 per person

  • Ages 4–12: $20 per child

  • Ages 3 & and under: Free

Lodging

Q: What lodging options are available on-site?
A: Carriage House (1bed/1bath) and Cottage House (2bed/2bath) for overnight stays.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A:

  • 90+ days: 80% refunded / 20% retained

  • 60–89 days: 50% refunded / 50% retained

  • 30–59 days: 20% refunded / 80% retained

  • Less than 30 days: Non-refundable
