Visitor Guidelines
Guests are welcomed to Julia Morgan Redwood Grove at the invitation of the owners. This invitation may be rescinded at any time should a guest engage in behavior that is disrespectful toward the landscape, artifacts, staff, or hosts.
Property Respect
Please do not pick flowers, uproot plants, or otherwise disturb the landscape.
Handling or moving home décor, antiques, or art is strictly prohibited.
Rude, condescending, aggressive, or abusive language toward staff or hosts will not be tolerated.
Safety & Comfort
Redwood Grove is a smoke-free and vape-free environment. No open flames are permitted at any time.
Certified service dogs on leashes are welcome. Pets may be allowed with prior approval from the owners; all pets must remain leashed and well-behaved.
Bottled water is permitted inside the house and gardens.
Food and beverages may only be consumed outdoors; trash and recycling receptacles are provided for guest use.
Please be mindful of natural terrain, including uneven ground, tree roots, and gravel paths.
Several areas of the estate are accessed by stairs.
The path to the river is closed to visitors for safety reasons.
Enforcement
Failure to follow these policies may result in cancellation of activities without refund and immediate removal from the property.

As a privately owned historic property, Julia Morgan Redwood Grove makes every reasonable effort to accommodate guests’ accessibility needs without compromising the historical integrity of the estate. Please note that the venue features stairs, sloping lawns, uneven stone walkways, and other elements typical of a historic property. We encourage guests to contact our team in advance so we can provide guidance and support to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
New Admission Pricing Effective January 1, 2026
Starting January 1, 2026, the updated admission fees for visiting the Julia Morgan Redwood Grove Estate will be:
$40 per person – Ages 13 and older
$20 per child – Ages 4 to 12
Free – Children 3 and under
