Accessibility & Guest Notes
The tour includes outdoor walking on varied terrain, including steps, gravel paths and grassy areas. Some buildings may not be fully accessible. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. If you have accessibility needs or special requests, please contact us in advance so we can best accommodate you.

The owners reserve the right to end a visit or rescind an invitation if a guest engages in behavior that is disrespectful, disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate toward the property, landscape, historic furnishings, artifacts, staff, hosts, or other guests.

Please do not pick flowers, uproot plants, or otherwise disturb the landscape.
Do not handle, move, or climb on historic furnishings, antiques, artwork, artifacts, or home décor.
Please respect all areas marked as restricted or closed to visitors.
Rude, condescending, aggressive, threatening, or abusive language or behavior toward staff or hosts will not be tolerated.

Julia Morgan Redwood Grove is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the estate.
Open flames are not permitted unless specifically authorized by the owners.
Service animals as defined by applicable law are welcome. Other pets may be permitted with prior approval from the owners and must remain leashed, under control, and well-behaved at all times.
Bottled water is permitted inside the house and gardens. Other food and beverages may only be consumed outdoors unless otherwise authorized.
Please dispose of trash and recycling in the receptacles provided.
Please be mindful of the property's natural terrain, including uneven ground, tree roots, gravel paths, sloping lawns, and other potential trip hazards.
Several areas of the estate are accessed by stairs.
The path to the river is closed to visitors and may not be accessed for any reason.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the immediate termination of a visit, tour, event, reservation, or other activity and removal from the property. Where applicable, activities may be cancelled without refund.
