The Carriage House

Step back in time in this cozy and inviting one-bedroom, one-bath upstairs apartment, rich with historic charm. Thoughtfully preserved, the Carriage House features the original clawfoot tub and unique details that tell its story, including the original kindling marks left in the wood from when a fireplace once warmed the space. A comfortable retreat that offers a truly authentic stay in a piece of history.

  • Nightly Rate: Starting at $250 per night

  • Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum

  • Holiday Premium: +25% holiday premium applies during select holiday periods.

  • Cleaning Fee: $120 one-time departure cleaning fee applies to each reservation (pass-through cost)

  • Extended Stay Cleaning: Reservations of 7+ nights or longer require a weekly housekeeping service. A weekly $100 cleaning fee will be added.

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.

• Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

• Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.

GUEST SAFETY: As a historic estate, portions of the property feature uneven pathways, stairs, terraces, and natural terrain. Please use caution while walking throughout the estate, wear appropriate footwear, and supervise children at all times.
